He was responsive as well as flexible with showings - we are from Denver and were usually only free to go see properties in Salida on the weekends. Dustin is the man! My wife and I can highly recommend working with Dustin. Throughout our 3.5 months buying process we looked at a bunch of houses with him and he was highly knowledgeable about the housing market, very responsive (even on weekends) and just a pleasure to work with in general. Dustin was very professional but at the same time it felt like having a friend by your side to guide you through this exciting but also stressful process. Never once we felt any pressure from him which we really valued. His legal knowledge was so helpful as well when it came to looking through all of the paperwork + he and his team set up all the inspections etc. for us.
