This home has been updated and looks great! The central location can not be beat, just a few minutes to Cherry Creek! The complex is very well kept with lots of grass & trees, a great place to spend time outdoors! There is a washer & dryer inside the home for added convenience!! Did I mention central AC? One parking spot in the carport & an additional off street parking spot is included! No cats and no smoking. This is a garden level unit but it is raised out of the ground and has lots of windows so you still get plenty of light!! The property owner is the listing agent and the property manager, tenants will be dealing with me directly, not some huge management company.
